Technology that cuts operational costs

At the heart of the LAMBE lies its reinforced frame, specifically designed to withstand heavy workloads. However, the true innovation is found in the construction details: the integration of self-lubricating bushings drastically reduces vibrations and, consequently, routine maintenance.

Fewer downtime stops, more hours in the field: a choice that translates into a longer machine lifespan and significantly lower operating costs.

Hydraulic suspension for optimum turf protection

Despite its impressive working width (up to 7.8 meters), the LAMBE moves across the terrain with extreme agility. This is achieved thanks to a hydraulic system equipped with three nitrogen accumulators dedicated to:

  • Hydro-pneumatic flotation: ensures the cutterbar dynamic-tracks ground contours, minimizing soil compaction and protecting the turf.
  • Safety release: An active protection system that safeguards the structure in the event of accidental impacts.
  • Headland and transport management: enables rapid lifting for smooth headland turns and safe, stable road transport.

Superior forage quality: save a day on harvesting

The LAMBE does more than just cut. Thanks to its integrated conditioner, it accelerates stem wilting while preserving essential proteins and nutrients. This technology saves nearly an entire day in harvesting time, protecting your forage from unpredictable weather risks.

Versatility: discs or drums

To adapt to any type of crop, the LAMBE is available in both disc versions (for a fast cut and wide swath) and drum versions (ideal for tall, dense forage). In both configurations, Bellon’s signature cutting quality guarantees a fluffy, well-aerated final product, completely free of contamination.
